SALES TEAM TRAINING

Our customized sales training programs are designed to enhance the skills and performance of sales teams. Through interactive workshops and coaching sessions, we empower sales professionals to maximize their potential and achieve outstanding results.

Most sales training programs deliver a few hours of training once a year. This leaves salespeople with an emotional high for a few day or hours. BPG's sales training program works with salespeople on a weekly basis to teach and reinforce principles that are integral to sales success. We offer sales training to fit your needs!

13-Month Intensive Sales Training Program

Our intensive sales training program consists of a "Quick Start" workshop that helps participants determine program goals and direction. Following the kick-off workshop, participants attend one workshop per month (during first week) that addresses the following topics:

  • Building a Foundation for Success (January) - The principles of mental programming and goal setting are life altering and increase sales dramatically.

  • Building Rapport (February) - Building rapport develops trust and confidence with customers; We buy from people we believe, like and trust.

  • Capturing Your Prospect's Attention (March) - Would you listen to your own presentation? Would it capture your attention? Learn to see from the prospect's perspective.

  • Building Your Sales Arsenal (April) - Develop the sales tools that will put you at the top of your profession while helping you achieve your goals.

  • Developing a Powerful Presentation (May) - Nothing is as important as creating a presentation that meets your prospects needs.

  • Asking for the Business (June) - Closing the sale and asking for the business is the logical and natural conclusion of the sales process.

  • Visualization and Application (July) - Mental power and imagery are essential in achieving sales success; Victory is first won in the mind.

  • Tie Down the Sale and Ask for More (August) - Discover the art of courting the sale, reasons people buy and what to do between the sales presentation and its completion.

  • Prospecting, Leads and Referrals (September) - Learn the most effective methods of growing your sales pipeline; Our referral system will eliminate cold calling.

  • Time Management and Organization (October) - Time is money; Harness the power of time management, organization and prioritization.

  • Understanding the Art of Communication (November) - Communication involves every word, action, reaction, impression and stimulation of the five senses.

  • Effective Questioning Techniques (December) - Telling isn't selling; Through effective questioning and listening, we discover what is important to customers.​

Each week following the workshop, one of our sales trainers visits our clients for a progress review. In these reviews, our trainers help identify areas where the monthly topic can be integrated into each client’s business or industry. We also work with clients to find solutions to specific and current sales situations. Each month, progress is evaluated and reported to the business owner.​

 

Our on-site training includes all training materials, including a workbook for each participant and supplements that provide follow-up instruction between training workshops.  

 

Businesses have the option of including an incentive program for employees who attend all workshops and achieve a pre-determined level of success. Incentives can range from event tickets to vacations depending on budget and revenue increase.​​
